Temporary opening hours for our advice line over the holiday period have been finalised

For the upcoming holiday period, we have revised our opening hours for the advice line service for health professionals. For the weeks beginning 22nd and 29th December 2025, the advice line will be open on the following sessions:
Week beginning 22 December 2025
- Monday 22 December: 09:00 – 11:00
- Tuesday 23 December: 09:00 – 11:00
- Wednesday 24 December: 09:00 – 11:00 and 13.00 – 14.00
- Thursday 25 December and Friday 26 December: Closed
Week beginning 29 December 2025
- Monday 29 December: 09:00 – 11:00
- Tuesday 30 December: 09:00 – 11:00
- Wednesday 31 December: 09:00 – 11:00 and 13.00 – 14.00
- Thursday 1 January 2026: Closed
- Friday 2 January: 13.00 – 14.00
Health professionals may be able to find the answer to their query on TravelHealthPro and the Yellow Fever Zone.
NaTHNaC also offers an email enquiry service for health professionals and travellers on travel vaccine certificates (yellow fever, Hajj/Umrah or polio) only.
The admin line will be closed on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th December, and Thursday 1st January 2026.
